Reimburse Guests with their Parking Expenses

I reviewed the description indicated in our listing and saw that there is a portion there that said free private parking. I reached out to Booking.com regarding this because this is automatically generated by their system. I already told them to remove it because it gives off a false pretense that the booking includes a parking slot for the guests. One of my guests incurred an additional expense that they are unaware of because of this error in booking.com's system. Thus, I would like to reimburse the guest for their parking expense since they were expecting free parking because of the automated description they saw when they booked. Can I just get their bank details so I can transfer the amount to them or do I need to course it through booking.com?  In Airbnb, any transaction outside the system is penalized. I want to make sure I won't be penalized for reimbursing these kinds of expenses.

as for the parking expense, its not your issue to deal with, and its perfectly normal forthem to pay for parking in a marked paid parking zone, which they would see on arrival.

  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’

  5. Now choose Other

  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
