Reservation from a quest

I try to make contact with the quest but no joy! The telefoon number doesn’t excist and no reaction at my mail.

this morning I received the reservation for tomorrow and I told him to pay ahead , so today.

no reaction.

i believe it is a fake booking and I don’t want the quest in my house

min time limit is usually 24 h, so now you just  click request Cancel then OPTION ONE (not TWO).

 

Then  follow up with partner support to clear it quickly to make the room type count increase

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
