Still NO REACTION from the "Partner Help"

Hello,

 

in June booking.com did not pay out a booking - I sent over 40 messages to ask what went wrong - without ANY REACTION.

 

In July and after a phone call booking.com promised to be now with and in that problem.

 

Until then: Further emails and NO REACTION OR PAYOUT SENT.

 

Very poor behaviour. 

What shall we do?

Write off the money?

Cancel all the listings?

Wait for another 2 month?

 

Please... anybody has the same problem here?

unless you have used methods 1 & 2 below ,there will then be a case opened.

 

you should be then able to reply to the last message sent or replied to to ask for an update.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
