Waiting over a month for my payment from Booking.com for renting out my flat
I had my first booking on 29th oct for 10 nights.
The person paid in full prior to arrival to booking.com.
I have phoned them every week to ask why I've not received my money. They said they need to verify the flat by a video call, but this still hasn't happened yet, and it's now the 1st Dec!!!
I've made a complaint, is there anything anyone I can speak to, to rush through my money.
