Same here - email yesterday - still no payment........sent two messages via Extranet with no response. Talking to Customer Service person this morning I get the impression they are overwhelmed with same complaints and can’t yet resolve it
Interesting - I am having same problem - even received an email yesterday saying I had now been paid - but still no money in my account. I have asked for a commission refund also - and also threatened that I will start cancelling (Booking.com) bookings for June, telling the guests I cannot accept the booking as I am not getting paid.
