How do I change a connectivity provider for multiple properties?

Note: This tool is currently available to multiple property partners who hold a Group extranet account. Learn more about registering multiple properties.

With the Bulk Edit tool on the Group Extranet, you can perform the following tasks for multiple properties at the same time:

  1. Change your connectivity provider, such as a channel manager, without taking your properties offline.
  2. Connect to a new connectivity provider if you don’t have one.

If you would like to change your channel manager or connect to a new one, just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Booking.com Group Extranet and click on the ‘Bulk Edit’ tab in the menu.
  2. Under ‘Connectivity Provider’, you can find ‘Manage connectivity provider’ as a topic. Click on ‘Select this topic’.
  3. On the next page, you’ll be able to search and choose a provider. Click on ‘More details’ to view the features that the provider can support with Booking.com.
  4. On the same page, click ‘Connect’ to request a connection with your selected provider and choose the type of connection that you would like to integrate.
  5. By clicking on ‘Select Properties’, you will be able to choose the properties that you would like to connect to the new connectivity provider.
  6. Follow the steps to review and confirm the change. The ‘History’ page will show the status of your provider switch or new connection request.
