How do I change my channel manager?

With our Quick Switch process, you can change your channel manager without having to take your property offline.

This means that rather than deactivating your old connection on, you will instead stay connected until the switch to a new provider is complete - so you won’t miss out on any potential bookings.

If you would like to change your channel manager, just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your extranet and click on the 'Account' icon in the top right-hand corner. Choose ‘Channel Manager’ from the drop-down menu.

  2. Click on ‘Switch to a new channel manager’ to start the Quick Switch process to a new provider. Remember, you don’t need to deactivate your old connection on

  3. On the same page, you’ll be able to search and choose from one of our selected providers and set up an agreement with them. 

  4. Once you accept the agreement, the new provider will receive an email containing your details and connection request, and will start to perform the necessary mapping and configuration. Until the switch process is complete you will stay connected to your old channel manager.

  5. After the new provider completes the configuration, you will receive a notification in your ‘Inbox’ tab, where you will have to confirm that you want to connect to that particular provider.

  6. Once you give your final confirmation, the old provider connection will be deactivated and the new provider connection will become active.

Note: While you don’t need to deactivate your old connection to start a switch process, it is worth checking your agreement with your current provider before switching, to see if you must cancel your connection with them directly.
