How do I close out my availability on if my channel manager is down?

If you experience technical issues with your channel manager, please contact your provider in the first instance.

If you can’t reach your provider and need to urgently close rooms on, please contact us and we’ll close the rooms for you manually.

Then, make sure that you also inform your provider so they can check your connection and refresh your data.

If the issue can’t be resolved quickly, we can also temporarily close your property on until your provider fixes the problem.
