We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.


How do I find the room ID when I’m mapping a new room type?

Most channel managers automatically map all rooms that are newly added to the Booking.com extranet. Check with your provider if this applies to the channel manager that you use.

If you are mapping rooms yourself, you can check the room ID as follows:

  1. Log on to your Booking.com extranet.
  2. Click on ‘Property, then Room details’ or Property Layout’, depending on your property type.
  3. Under each room type you’ll see a unique ID number that you can use to map room types on both Booking.com and your channel manager.
