I want to keep the same channel manager

The current provider connection will be cancelled automatically, as the agreement is no longer valid for the new owner, so you’ll need to sign a new contract.

Once the Booking.com change of ownership process is complete, we’ll update you and you can set up a new account and contract with the existing channel manager.

Please wait until we confirm that the process is complete, otherwise the channel manager connection will be set up in the former owner’s name.

I want to change channel managers

The current provider connection will be cancelled automatically, so you can sign a contract with a channel manager provider of your choice.
