How do I finish the process of setting up my channel manager?

To finalise your channel manager set-up, check the status of the connection between your provider and

  1. Log on to your extranet.
  2. Click on the ‘Account’ icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Connectivity providerfrom the drop-down list. Here you’ll see whether your channel manager connection is active, or if you (or your provider) need to complete further steps.
