What should I do if my prices on differ from my channel manager?

If you notice a difference in the prices on your extranet, first check if you have a deal on that rate, such as a last-minute deal – this could be the reason for the reduced price.

It can sometimes take up to five minutes for changes to be processed and synced. If your channel manager has a refresh option, try that.

Alternatively, check if all rooms and rates are mapped between your extranet and your property management system (PMS) – some may require a manual update. If you need further support with this, please contact your provider.
