Managing your reservation lists in the extranet

There are two ways to find and manage your reservation lists, depending on what you see in the extranet. Here's how to do it if you see Invoices under Finance:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Finance and then click on Invoices
  3. Under Actions, choose the invoice you're interested in and click on View statement to check which reservations are included – you can also access this information by clicking on Reservation statements under Finance and choosing the reservation list for the period you want to see
  4. To download the PDF version of the invoice, click on PDF under Actions

Here's how to do it if you see Documents and invoices in the extranet instead:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Finance and select Documents and invoices
  3. Under Documents, in the Actions column, select the invoice you want to check by clicking on View statement
  4. To download the PDF version of the invoice, in the Actions column, click on PDF
