Reviewing your reservation statement

We invoice you for reservations based on your guests’ check-out date. This article explains how to check the list of reservations included on your invoices in the extranet and on the Pulse app.

What is a reservation statement?

A reservation statement is an overview of all reservations included in the invoice that was already issued to your property. Reservation statement is normally used for: 

  • Verify if all the stays were correctly included in property’s invoice
  • Download and report the invoice balance per reservation 
  • Dispute certain reservations if this is necessary

Please note that the adjustments to reservations shall be made before the invoice is issued. For understanding how to timely adjust your reservations please click here

Additionally if certain reservations were wrongly added to your invoice, please read the article on how to manage them. 

If you notice that some reservations are missing from your invoice, please send us a message via Extranet Inbox. 


Managing your reservation lists in the extranet

There are two ways to find and manage your reservation lists, depending on what you see in the extranet. Here's how to do it if you see Invoices under Finance:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Finance and then click on Invoices
  3. Choose the invoice you are interested in and under Actions click on View statement to check which reservations are included to the specific invoice. 
  4. The same information is also available in Finance under Reservation statements tab. When on this page you will need to choose the period that you are interested in.
  5. To download the monthly reservation statement click Download XLS or Download CSV

If your property is on Payment by Booking payment model and Booking.com collects the payments for your property your layout will be the following: 

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Finance and select Documents and invoices
  3. Under Documents, select the invoice you want to check by clicking on View statement
  4. The same information is also available in Finance under Reservation Statement tab. When on this page you will need to choose the period that you are interested in.
  5. To download the monthly reservation statement click Download XLS or Download CSV

Viewing your invoices on the Pulse app

Here’s how to check the list of reservations included on your invoices on the Pulse app:

  1. Log in to the Pulse app
  2. Tap More, select Finance and then tap Invoices. If you have multiple properties listed on our platform, select the property you want to check the invoice for
  3. Tap on the invoice to see more details
  4. To view an invoice in the extranet, tap on View on Extranet
  5. To download an invoice to your device, tap Download PDF.to be checked with copy team.
