My property was auto-closed but I've now paid my invoice: what happens next?
Updated 6 months ago
If you were auto-closed due to an unpaid invoice, please send us payment as quickly as possible, so that customers can book your property on the site again.
Once we receive payment, your property will automatically return to ‘Ready to go open/bookable’ status, so there’s no need to contact us.
All you have to do is make sure your rates and availability are accurate, and then click on the ‘Open your property’ button in your extranet ‘Home’ tab.
The process can take longer depending on your bank and we’ll let you know once your property has changed status.
