Reviewing your reservation statement
Commission invoices are based on your guests’ check-out dates. This article explains how to check the list of reservations included in your invoices on the extranet and Pulse app.
In this article:
What is a reservation statement?
A reservation statement is an overview of all reservations included in the invoice that was already issued to your property (Commission invoices). Reservation statements are normally used to:
- Verify if all the stays were correctly included in a property’s invoice
- Download and report the invoice balance per reservation
- Dispute certain reservations if necessary
Note that adjustments to reservations have to be made before the invoice is issued. To learn how to adjust your reservations on time, click here.
If some reservations were added to your invoice incorrectly, see this article on how to manage them.
If you notice that some reservations are missing from your invoice, send us a message via the extranet Inbox.

- To download the monthly reservation statement, click Download XLS or Download CSV.
If your property is on the Payments by Booking payment model and Booking.com collects payments for your property, your layout will be the following:
- Log in to the extranet.
- Click Finance and select Documents and invoices.
- Under Documents, select the invoice you want to check by clicking View statement.
- The same info is also available in Finance, under the Reservation Statement tab. On this page you’ll need to choose the period you’re interested in.
