Checking reservation information

You can keep on top of all the information about your reservations in the extranet and on the Pulse app – here’s how.


Finding information about reservations in the extranet

If you’re using the extranet and need more information on a particular reservation, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Reservations
  3. To filter your bookings based on the date of reservation, arrival, departure, invoice or stay, enter a date range using the From and Until fields and click on Show
  4. To refine your search further, tick one or more of the options under More filters and click on Show again
  5. For each booking, the information you can view includes:
    • guest and/or booker name
    • check-in and check-out dates
    • room or unit booked
    • booking number
    • reservation status
    • date the reservation was made
    • total reservation price your guest pays
    • total commission you pay us
  6. Click on the booking number or guest name to see any guest requests or messages, as well as information such as your guest’s contact details and credit card information
  7. If you’d like to print out the details of the reservation, click on Print this page

Finding information about reservations on the Pulse app

If you’re using the Pulse app and need more information about a particular reservation, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Pulse app
  2. Tap Bookings
  3. Check your reservations in the calendar overview, or click on the list view icon in the top right-hand corner to see them sorted by arrival date
  4. Use the search box to find upcoming and past reservations based on keyword terms such as the guest’s name or booking number
  5. For each booking, the information you can view includes:
    • guest and/or booker name
    • check-in and check-out dates
    • room or unit booked
    • booking number
    • reservation status
    • date the reservation was made
    • total reservation price your guest pays
    • total commission you pay us
