Checking reservation information

When managing a property, it’s important to be able to keep on top of your reservations. Discover how to navigate the extranet and Pulse app to find out more information about your reservations.


Finding information about reservations in the extranet

If you’re using the extranet and need more info on a particular reservation, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Reservations.
  2. You can filter your bookings based on the date of reservation, arrival, departure invoice or stay. Just enter a date range in the From and Until fields and click on Show. You can refine searches further by ticking options under Filters and clicking on Show Apply filters again.
  3. You can view the following information for each booking:
    • guest name(s) and/or booker’s name
    • check-in and check-out dates
    • room or unit booked
    • booking number
    • reservation status
    • date the reservation was made
    • total reservation price your guest pays
    • total commission you pay us
  4. Click on the Booking number or Guest name to see any guest requests or messages, as well as information such as your guest’s contact details and credit card information.

Finding information about reservations on the Pulse app

If you’re using the Pulse app and need more info on a particular reservation, follow these steps:

  1. Tap Bookings on the Pulse app.
  2. You can check your reservations in the calendar overview or by choosing the list icon in the top-right hand corner, which sorts your bookings by arrival date. You can also use the search box to find upcoming and past reservations based on keywords such as the guest’s name or booking number.

On the Pulse app, you can view the following information for each booking:

  • check-in and check-out dates
  • booking number
  • number of nights
  • number of guests
  • number of rooms or units
  • guest name(s)
  • guest’s Genius status
  • guest contact details (address, phone number and email)
  • guest’s preferred language
  • reservation status
  • total reservation price the guest pays
  • total commissionable amount
  • total commission you pay us
  • payment type and credit card details
  • room type
  • price per night
  • meal plan (if applicable)
  • cancellation policy
  • extras (e.g. city tax, if applicable)
  • guest messages
  • your own internal notes
  • booking modification history

Printing a reservation’s details

Here’s how to print out the details of a reservation:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Reservations
  3. Click on a guest’s name or a booking number

Click on Print this page
