I've registered my property. How can I make it live, and when will I be able to accept reservations?

Here’s how you can get your property live and start getting bookings.

  1. Log in to the extranet, using your ID (which can be found in your confirmation email received after registration).
  2. Here you can preview and update your listing details, along with your rates and availability. Please ensure these are up to date as bookings are immediately confirmed.
  3. Once this is ready, remember to click the button to go online and become bookable. Your property will then be live on Booking.com.

We want to ensure that all properties on Booking.com are 100% genuine and that’s why we verify all of them, no matter where they are.

Depending on your location and your accessibility to the property, it may take us a little longer to do this. If we need help verifying your property, our team will contact you to discuss this.
