Requirements for your location verification video
To help us confirm your property’s location, there are a few things you need to include in your video. The video must be less than eight weeks old and show the following:
- A street sign of the street your property is located on
- The exterior of your property and the path to the interior
- The interior of your property, including the rooms or units, kitchen and bathrooms
There are some things we can’t accept in the verification videos:
- Photo compilations or slideshows
- Timing effects, such as fast forward, slow motion or time-lapse
- Visual effects, including black and white, transitions, filters or distortion of any kind
This list of requirements is also visible when you upload the video in the extranet.
