How can the extranet home page help me run my business?

Based on feedback from our partners, we redesigned the Booking.com extranet home page to help you manage your property more smoothly and efficiently.

The new-look ‘Home’ tab is the first page you see when you log into the extranet. It consists of two sections that give an overview on your daily operations and your property’s recent performance:

Operations

This section lets you easily view and manage daily guest activity for your property, such as:

  • Arrivals, departures and new bookings

  • Unanswered messages

  • Latest guest reviews

Performance

This section lets you assess your property’s performance at a glance, with quick summaries of:

  • Your key scores*: Property page, Guest review, Reply, Pricing and Inventory scores

  • Your commercial performance for the past 30 days: revenue, reservations, cancellation rate and average daily rate (ADR)

  • Your search performance for the past 30 days: search results views, property views and bookings

Note: Depending on your property type, some of these features may not be available yet.

 

We also added a ‘Notifications’ bar that alerts you when something requires your attention and you should action on it.
