All you need to know about your Booking.com extranet

I’ve completed my registration – what’s next?

Once you complete your registration, your details are sent to our team for review. After that, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique login name. You’ll also receive a separate email with a link to create your personal password.

Using your unique login name and newly created password, you can then access your admin dashboard – at Booking.com, we call it the extranet. Accessible 24/7, the extranet is your one-stop shop for property management. It’s where you can check and update your property information, including reservations, rates and availability, and payment information.

If you’ve signed up but haven’t heard from us yet, don’t worry — we’re still reviewing your information and will be in touch soon.

Logging in to the extranet

You’ll be able to access the extranet using the login name and password combination you previously set up. To log in, simply:

  1. Go to admin.booking.com.

  2. Enter your login name and password.

  3. Select your preferred language and log in.

If you’re logging in to the extranet from a new device, you’ll be asked to verify your details.

Choose one of the following options:

  • Phone call: select this option to receive a six-digit code via an automated phone call

  • Text message: select this option to receive a six-digit code by SMS.

  • Pulse verification code: log in to the Pulse app and retrieve your PIN from the ‘More’ page.  

Once you’ve confirmed your verification code, you’ll be able to log in to the Booking.com extranet from your new device.

How can I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten the password for your extranet account, or want to reset it for security reasons, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the extranet

  2. Click on “Having trouble signing in?”

  3. Select ‘Forgot your password?’.

  4. Enter your login name and click on ‘Create new password’.

  5. Enter your new password.

Note: Your username is the email address you provided during registration. If you’ve forgotten your username as well, you can select “Forgot your username?” from the same screen for further instructions.

What to do when you’re locked out of your account

After entering incorrect login credentials five times in a row, you’ll be locked out of your account for security reasons. To access your account again, select ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow the steps above. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm your email address. Click ‘Yes, create my password’ and you’ll receive a link via email to reset it.
