How does verify my identity when I call?

We want to make sure that all our partners are aware of the importance of cyber security, and kept safe from phishing and other kinds of online fraud.

That’s why we’ve set up verification processes, ensuring all the data in your extranet is kept as secure as possible.

Some things to remember:

  • If you contact us by phone, you’ll be asked for your property ID. This is a unique identification number given to you when you join
  • Only partners who manage the property’s extranet should have access to this. Don’t share this number with guests.
  • You’ll also be asked to verify your property name.
  • We’ll ask for your name and your role/position at the property/business. This is to ensure we are giving the correct access to the relevant person, and in case we need to follow up on the call.
