How can I make changes to deposit and pre-payment information?

If you want to make changes to deposits, or how much guests need to pay in advance, here’s what you need to do:
- Click on the ‘Property’ tab in the extranet and select ‘Policies’.
- Under ‘Cancellation and prepayment policies’ you can amend your prepayment requirements by clicking on ‘Change policy’.
- Remember to click ‘Save’ when you’re done.
