How can I make changes to deposit and pre-payment information?

If you want to make changes to deposits, or how much guests need to pay in advance, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Click on the ‘Property’ tab in the extranet and select Policies’.
  2. Under ‘Cancellation and prepayment policies’ you can amend your prepayment requirements by clicking on ‘Change policy’.
  3. Remember to click ‘Save’ when you’re done.
