How can I make changes to my property's policies?
You can make the following changes to your property’s page by accessing the ‘Property’ tab in the extranet. Click on ‘Policies’ and you’ll be able to make changes to the following categories:
- Payment methods
- Cancellation options and fees
- Information you request at booking: address details and phone number for example.
- Genius Freebies (for example, offering priority late check-out, free parking or welcome drinks to frequent ‘Genius’ bookers). See more information on Genius here.
Remember to click ‘Save’ when you’re done.
