Updating your internet, pets and parking policies

To edit information about your property’s internet services or pets, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Go to the Property tab and click on Policies
  3. Under Other Policies, you’ll find different sections where you can manage information such as your Internet connection and your rules regarding pets.
  4. Click on Edit under Internet, parking and pets, to manage your Internet connection settings – including costs, connection type and service location
  5. Click on Edit under Internet, parking and pets, to manage your house rules regarding pets – and additional fees and charges
  6. Click on Save once you’re happy with your changes 

To make changes to your parking information, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Property and then on Facilities & services
  3. Scroll down to the Transportation section and update your parking information
  4. Click on Save when you’re happy with your changes
