Managing my services charges

To make changes to service charges such as cleaning fees and other additional guest services, follow the steps below:

Log in to the extranet

  1. Click on Property and then click on Policies
  2. In the Other policies section, scroll down to Additional fees & charges section, click on Edit
  3. Click on Add another fee
  4. Under Type of fee, select the required type of fee from the drop-down menu
  5. Indicate whether or not this fee is already part of the rate, select a payment type from the drop-down menu and enter the amount of the fee
  6. Click on Save
  7. To edit a fee, update the information and click on Save
  8. To remove a fee, click on Remove fee and then click on Save

If you don’t see the option to update your fees and charges, or want a particular service charge to be applicable for specific dates, please contact us via your extranet inbox.
