Activating and processing payments with Booking Holdings Financial Services
Before Booking Holdings Financial Services (BHFS) can start processing your payments, you first need to activate yourself for the service. You’ll be asked to agree to BHFS’ terms and conditions (the BHFS Payments Agreement) and complete the BHFS Know Your Partner (KYP) form to identify yourself. For information on how to complete the KYP form, take a look at this article.
After BHFS has verified your identity and you've entered into the BHFS Payments Agreement, we’ll send you a notification via email informing you that the KYP process is complete. At a later stage, we'll also let you know when BHFS will start processing your payments. That will be your BHFS activation date.
What activation means for you
Following your activation date, BHFS will handle all your payouts and, in certain cases, the payments you make to Booking.com and the payments Booking.com makes to you.
There are two main things to know once BHFS begins processing your payments:
- The bank account name and number you’re paid from will change. You can find these banking details on the Financial overview page in the Finance section of the extranet.
- Your payout statement will contain a new column called Company Name, where you can clearly see what Booking.com B.V. owes you, and what BHFS owes you. You can find your payout statement under Payout information in the Finance section of the extranet.
Everything else related to how payouts work and your day-to-day operations will remain the same.
