- You offer your guests more ways to pay online, meaning more bookings and revenue
Get more bookings and more security
Until now, some international travellers may have struggled to book your property because their preferred payment options weren’t available. But with the help of our alternative payment methods, you can appeal to more international guests with options like:
- PayPal
- ApplePay
- GooglePay
- Local methods like iDeal, Trustly, Blik, Venmo, WeChat and many more
- Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions like Klarna, Affirm and more
- All popular credit cards
With guests able to pay online, your cancellation rate should drop. We’ve found that guests who pay online payments are much less likely to cancel or no-show than those who don’t – meaning more secure revenue for you.
Payments by Booking.com
Booking.com can facilitate all your guests’ payments for you. You’ll receive guaranteed payouts by bank transfer for all your reservations (depending on your property’s reservation policy).
You will be paid after guests have checked out. Payouts happen either weekly (every Thursday) or monthly (on or before the 15th of the month), depending on factors such as your property’s location. Please note that payouts may be temporarily blocked until your property’s location is verified.
This payment service isn’t available everywhere yet. If it isn’t available, you’ll be redirected to the extranet homepage. We’ll contact you once it’s available for your property.
