Highlight: Booking.com partners can reassure prospective guests by including health, safety, and well-being measures in their listings.

On Booking.com, all accommodation partners have the opportunity to inform guests of hygiene, health and safety measures implemented at a property to keep guests comfortable and safe.

These measures are displayed to all guests browsing through the Booking.com website and app. They offer an extra level of reassurance for those looking to book, as well as give the opportunity to partners to highlight the sanitation standards they keep - both in how their property is managed, but also in terms of what their staff does to ensure cleanliness.

What options are available?

Partners have a wide range of options to choose from, some of which include:

  • Safety features
  • Health and hygiene
  • Social distancing
  • Food safety

Where can these measures be selected?

Located in the extranet, under the Property tab, partners can select and highlight all their cleanliness measures under ‘Health, safety and well-being”.
