How to change your property description on the Pulse app

The descriptions on your Booking.com property page are automatically generated based on the info you provide, such as facilities, room amenities and location. If you want to provide additional information about your property, neighbourhood and/or yourself, make sure you complete your host profile.

You can only make changes to your property description in cases of typos or incorrect information. To do so, just follow these steps:

 

Change a property description on Pulse using Android

  1. Open your Pulse app and tap on ‘More’
  2. If you manage multiple properties on Pulse, select the relevant one under ‘Properties’.
  3. Tap on ‘Description’, then on ‘Request a correction’ at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Under ‘Message’, explain the issue or describe what corrections need to be made.
  5. When you’re done, tap on the paper plane icon (‘➤’).

Change a property description on Pulse using iOS

  1. Open your Pulse app and tap on ‘More’
  2. If you manage multiple properties on Pulse, select the relevant one under ‘Properties’.
  3. Tap on ‘Description’, then on ‘Request a correction’ at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Under ‘Message’, explain the issue or describe what corrections need to be made.
  5. When you’re done, tap on ‘Send’ in the top-right corner of the screen.
