Facilities can really influence potential guests to book your property. The most popular facilities for guests appear in our website’s filters, so your property can be more visible in search results if you offer certain facilities – and have ticked them in your extranet.
Make sure your facilities are up to date by taking a look at your page and following these tips:
- Click on the ‘Property’ tab in the extranet and select ‘Facilities & services’.
- Scroll down to tick (or un-tick) any facilities you have at your property and which are available on site.
- Don’t select activities that are available nearby but not on site. This can cause confusion for guests and may lead to complaints.
- Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.
