Uploading, deleting, reordering and editing photos

You can add, update and replace photos in your property’s photo gallery in the extranet or the Pulse app. Please keep in mind that it takes some time for the photos to be updated correctly on your property page. 

Uploading videos in your property’s photo gallery is not possible.

Adding new photos

Follow these steps to add new photos to your gallery via the extranet:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Property, then select Photos
  3. Click Add photos

Follow these steps to add new 360° photos via the extranet:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Property, then select Photos
  3. Under the Main gallery section you will find new section Introducing 360° Photos on your Property Page
  4. Click Add photos

Continue with the following steps if you want to add photos to a particular room or unit. Make sure your room or unit photo galleries only show facilities found in that room or unit type.

  1. Select the room or unit type 
  2. Select Add photos

Follow these steps to add new photos through the Pulse app:

  1. Log in to the Pulse app
  2. Tap on More
  3. Tap on Property details
  4. Select the property you want to add photos for 
  5. Tap on Photos
  6. Select Photo Gallery or Room
  7. Tap on Add photo, then either Take photo to take a photo using your mobile device or Choose to upload a photo from your device’s gallery
  8. Tap on the tick icon () to save your changes if you’re using Android, or tap on Save if you’re using iOS

Deleting photos

Follow these steps to remove photos from your property page in the extranet:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Property, then select Photos 
  3. Select the photo you’d like to remove – to remove multiple photos at once, select the photos and click Delete photos
  4. Click Options
  5. Click Delete, then OK

Follow these steps to remove photos from your property on the Pulse app on an iOS device:

  1. Log in to the Pulse app
  2. Tap on More
  3. Tap on Property details, then Photos
  4. Select a room or unit 
  5. Tap on the photo you want to delete
  6. Tap the trash icon
  7. Tap on Delete

Follow these steps to remove photos from your property through Pulse on an Android device:

  1. Log in to Pulse
  2. Tap on More
  3. Tap on Property details, then Photos
  4. Tap on the photo you want to delete
  5. Tap on Delete photo
  6. Tap on Delete

Changing the order of your photos

Follow these steps to change the order of your photos on your property page via the extranet:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Property, then select Photos 
  3. Click and drag the photos to reorder them 

Follow these steps to change the order of your photos in the Pulse app:

  1. Log in to the Pulse app
  2. Tap on More
  3. Tap on Property details
  4. Select the property you want to reorder photos for
  5. Tap on Photos
  6. Select Photo Gallery or Room
  7. Tap on Rearrange photos and drag and drop the photos into your preferred order
  8. Tap on the tick icon () to save your changes if you’re using Android, or tap on Save if you’re using iOS

Improve how your photos are displayed on your property page by using the Smart ordering feature. This feature uses machine learning to optimise the order of your photos in the best way possible for potential guests. Follow these steps to turn the feature on or off:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Property, then select Photos
  3. Under Main gallery, click the Smart ordering toggle button 
  4. Select Turn off or Keep on

Adding or changing your main photo

Follow these steps to upload a new main photo via the extranet:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click Property, then select Photos
  3. Click on Add photos 
  4. Select the photo, then click Options
  5. Click Set as preferred main photo 

If you already have multiple photos uploaded to your main gallery, follow these steps to set one of them as your main photo:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Property, then select Photos
  3. Under Main gallery click and drag your chosen photo to the Preferred main photo spot

You can also add or change your main photo through the Pulse app, here’s how:

  1. Log in to the Pulse app
  2. Tap on More
  3. Tap on Property details
  4. Tap on Property
  5. Tap on Photos, then Property gallery – your current main photo will be shown first
  6. Tap on Add photo to upload a new main photo from your device, or tap on Rearrange photos and drag and drop an existing photo in your gallery as your main photo
  7. Tap on the tick icon () to save your changes if you’re using Android, or tap on Save if you’re using iOS

Tagging photos

Tags help you to link your property to guest searches and can lead potential bookers to your property. Follow these steps to tag your photos:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Property, then select Photos
  3. Select a photo, then click Options
  4. Click Edit or tag
  5. Select existing tags or create new tags
  6. Click Finish

If you want to add a tag of your property which has a unit with a living room area, you can search for and add the tag "living room". Or if your property has restaurant facilities, you can add the tag "restaurant" for the image of your restaurant.


Rotating photos

Follow these steps to rotate your photos:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Property, then select Photos
  3. Select the photo you want to rotate, then click on Edit
  4. Under the photo, choose to rotate your photo either clockwise or counter-clockwise 
  5. Click Save, then Finish
