Can I update my availability from a mobile device?

You can update your availability for individual or multiple dates anytime and anywhere on our Pulse app. Find out how in our step-by-step visual guides for updating your availability on Pulse.

Alternatively, follow the steps below to update your availability on iOS or Android devices:

Updating availability for individual dates:

  1. Tap the Availability tab at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Select the date you’d like to update.
  3. Scroll down to the room category you want to update.
  4. Tap on ‘+’ or ‘-’ to adjust the number of rooms to sell.
  5. Your changes save automatically.

Updating availability for multiple dates:

  1. Tap the Availability tab at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap the 'Multiple date' icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select the date range you want to update.
  4. Tap 'Adjust availability' to save the changes.
  5. Select the room type you want to update (or choose a property first if you have multiple properties on the same account).
  6. Tap ‘+’ or ‘-’ to adjust the number of rooms to sell, then tap 'Save' (or for Android devices: the tick icon in the top-right corner).
  7. Your changes save automatically when the green tick icon appears.

Remember to load prices for any dates you’ve made available. Rooms are only open/bookable if they have a rate set up.

Guests can make reservations up to 16 months in advance, so make sure you give yourself every opportunity to be seen – and booked.
