Copying your yearly rates to next year

The Copy Yearly Rates tool makes it easy to copy your rate plans, rooms and restrictions from the current year over to the next year or season. It’s a great way to save yourself time and set your property up to receive more bookings further in advance.

Follow these steps to copy your rates over to next year:

1. Log in to the extranet
2. Click on the Rates and Availability tab and select Copy Yearly Rates
3. Select the time period that you want to copy your rates from – you can choose either a full year or a custom date range
4. Choose the days of the week, the rate plan and/or the room types you want to copy over
5. Choose whether you want to copy the same rates or increase/decrease them by a fixed sum or a percentage
6. Indicate whether or not you’d like to copy over any restrictions you’ve set, like minimum length of stay or maximum advance reservation
7. Click Review to check your selection, then click Confirm and save to finalise

It may take a few minutes before the changes are visible in your calendar. Once you’ve copied your rates to the next year or season, make sure you add availability so that your property is open and bookable. Read this article for more information on how to do that.
