Just like with other Rate Plans, you can customise the details of your Monthly Rate Plan, including:

  • The cancellation policy
  • Any meal plans that are included
  • Which dates the rates are available for
  • The discount amount
  • The rooms or units the Rate Plan applies to

Setting up a Monthly Rate Plan

You can set up a Monthly Rate Plan by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click Rates & Availability or Calendar & Pricing and then on Calendar.
  3. Click on Add new rate plan
  4. Choose Monthly and then click on Add rate plan
  5. On the next page, set up the details of your Rate Plan and then click on Review
  6. Click on Activate rate plan
