Setting up derived pricing

Derived pricing is a feature that allows you to automatically set rates for rooms with multiple occupancy options. All you need to do is create a standard rate for the base or maximum occupancy of a given room. The system then automatically adjusts the price of the room when occupancy increases or decreases by adding or subtracting a percentage price per person.

If you want your rates to change automatically according to the room occupancy, you must first activate a feature called derived pricing.

In case you don't have this function, our Accommodation Services team must first adjust your extranet settings. You can reach out to your local support centre number.
