Setting up or changing room rates
To ensure your guests can see your available rooms or units on our platform, you’ll need to load a rate for each room or unit type. You can set these rates for your room or unit types in your extranet calendar.
Adding or editing room or unit rates in the extranet calendar
Here’s how to add or edit a room or unit rate. You can set up room or unit rates using either the list view or the monthly view calendar.
Follow these steps to add or edit room rates using the list view calendar:
- Log in to the extranet.
- Click Rates & Availability or Calendar & Pricing and then on Calendar.
- Choose the room or unit type you want to add or edit a rate for.
- Select the date you want to add or edit a rate for. To select multiple dates, drag the blue highlighted section across boxes.
- Edit or insert a rate in the Price box.
- Click on Save.
Follow these steps to use bulk editing to quickly add or edit rates for a room or unit using the list view calendar:
- Log in to the extranet.
- Click Rates & Availability or Calendar & Pricing and then on Calendar.
- Click on Bulk edit next to the room or unit type you want to add or edit a rate for.
- Enter the dates you want to add or edit a rate for.
- Click on Prices.
- Choose Select a rate plan, then enter or edit the rate.
- Click on Save changes.
- Click on the X to leave the Bulk edit screen.
Follow these steps to add or edit room or unit rates using the monthly view calendar:
- Log in to the extranet.
- Click Rates & Availability or Calendar & Pricing and then on Calendar.
- Select the room or unit type you want to add or edit a rate for in the drop-down box.
- Enter the dates you want to add or edit rates for into the Start date and End date fields, or drag the blue icon to select multiple dates. If you don’t want to add an end date, click on Advanced date selection, then tick the box beside No end date.
- Click on Open.
- Add or edit the rate for the room or unit type.
- Click on Save.
