How can I get in touch with a guest via the extranet?

If you need to get in touch with a guest, this can easily be done through the Booking.com extranet.

  1. Go to the ‘Reservations’ tab.
  2. Select date filters to help you find the booking.*
  3. Click on the name or reservation number for a specific reservation, and you’ll be able to write a message under ‘Conversation with guest’.
  4. Click ‘Send’ when you’re done. Booking.com will forward your message to your guest and retain a copy.

*Alternatively, in your ‘Inbox’ tab, select ‘Guest messages’ and write the guest name or booking number in the search box. Then simply send or reply to a message. You can even attach and send images along with your message.
