How can I get in touch with a guest via Pulse?

You can contact a guest anytime, anywhere using our Pulse app.

Just follow these steps on your iOS or Android device:

  1. Tap the ‘Bookings’ tab at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Use date filters to help you find the guest’s booking.*
  3. Tap the name of the guest you want to contact.
  4. Tap the 'Messages' tab in the top-right corner to:
  • see and respond to guest requests
  • send messages
  • select and send custom templates
  • upload and send images or location info
  • When you tap ‘Send’, Booking.com forwards your message to the guest and retains a copy.
