How can I translate guest messages into my own language?

As Booking.com is a global platform, your native language may not always match that of your guests.

To facilitate and ease communication between partners and guests, a translation feature can be found in both the extranet and the Pulse app:

  1. Go to ‘Messages’ on Pulse, or ‘Guest messages’ in your extranet ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Click on the ellipsis icon (‘...’) next to the message you want to translate.
  3. Click on the ‘Show translation’ pop-up that appears.
  4. The message is translated into the preferred language you’ve chosen in your settings.

NOTE: This feature currently only functions one way, meaning your replies will not be translated. We encourage you to respond in your guest's preferred language to offer the best possible experience.
