Setting reservation restrictions can help you have more control of your property. Travellers can only book your property when their search criteria meets the conditions you’ve set.
There are multiple conditions you can set, depending on the calendar you use. If some restrictions aren’t available for your property, contact us and we’ll enable them for you.
What’s in this article
Restrictions available using the list view calendar
If you’re using the list view calendar, you can apply these restrictions to your rooms and rates:
- Minimum and maximum length of stay – the minimum or maximum number of nights guests must book for
- Minimum and maximum length of stay from arrival – the minimum or maximum number of nights a guest must stay when arriving on a specific date
- Exact stay – the exact number of nights guests must stay at your property when arriving on a specific date
- No arrivals and departures – prevents guests from starting stays on days where you’re unable to check them in and ending stays on days where you can’t check them out
- Minimum and maximum advance reservation – the minimum or maximum period in advance that guests can book at your property
Restrictions available using the monthly view calendar
There are fewer restrictions available when using the monthly view calendar:
- Minimum length of stay – the minimum number of nights guests must book for
- Minimum advance reservation – the minimum period in advance that guests can book at your property
- No arrivals and departures – prevents guests from starting stays on days where you’re unable to check them in and ending stays on days where you can’t check them out
