What kind of reservation restrictions can I set up?

Restrictions offer a way to apply special conditions to the reservations you receive.

These are reflected on your property's page on Booking.com, so that guests can only book according to your restrictions – helping you to manage your reservations more easily.

Depending on your calendar type, you’ll be able to set certain restrictions.

If you have a calendar showing 30 days at once, you can add:

Tip: you can also add a minimum length of stay restriction using the Pulse app.

Note: the maximum length of stay restriction is not currently available on Pulse or the 30-day calendar.

  • Minimum length of stay: set the minimum number of nights guests can book your property or room for.
  • Maximum length of stay: set the maximum number of nights guests can book your property or room for.
  • Exact stay: set the exact number of nights guests can book your property or room for.
  • Minimum advance reservation: set the minimum period for how far in advance guests can book your property or room.
  • Maximum advance reservation: set the maximum period for how far in advance guests can book your property or room.
  • No arrivals: close your property or room for arrivals on days where you’re unable to check guests in. Guests can’t book a stay that starts on those days (but can still book those days if they fall within a wider date range).
  • No departures: close your property or room for departures on days where you’re unable to check guests out. Guests can’t book a stay that ends on those days (but can still book those days if they fall within a wider date range).
  • Minimum length of stay from arrival: set the minimum number of nights a guest can book your property or room for when booking on the arrival date.
  • Maximum length of stay from arrival: set the maximum number of nights a guest can book your property or room for when booking on the arrival date.
