How can I submit feedback or make a complaint?

If you’re a partner and want to communicate with us, it’s best to send a message via your ‘Inbox’ tab:

  1. Click on ‘Compose new message’ and select the relevant subject from the drop-down menu, or ‘Property Details’ for general enquiries.
  2. Click ‘Send message’ once you’ve completed your feedback or complaint.
  3. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
