How do I add a co-host to my property listing?

We understand that being a property host involves a range of tasks and responsibilities: from managing your availability and pricing, to responding to guest messages and special requests. It can be a lot for one person to handle, especially during peak season.

However, if you’re the main host for your property and you’re willing to share hosting responsibilities with another person, you can create and manage an additional login for your property’s extranet account. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log into the extranet and click on the ‘Account’ icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select ‘Create and manage users’ from the drop-down menu.
  3. You’ll see an overview of all users, their access rights and their last log-in date.
  4. Click on ‘Add user’ to create a new login. This can either be a first-time user or someone who already has access to another extranet account.
  5. Click on ‘Manage’ to edit existing rights, remove a user or assign a new ‘admin user’.


Note: Depending on the rights you assign, your co-host may be able to make certain changes and take specific actions in your extranet. For instance, if you give your co-host ‘admin rights’, they’ll have full access to your entire extranet.
