thanks yes I am sure it is active. It would be helpful if there was someone to talk to instead of messaging as I have tried to send messages and no reply as yet. In all other websites there is the possibility to chat online so someone can check why the payment hasn't come through. anyway thanks for your help.
as I said before I have activated my bank account details and that is all visible as it states in green "active". it also states the amount I suppose to have received not later then 20 December. unfortunately nothing has been received so far.
can you explain if I have activated my payment status in extranet where else do I need to activate this as well?
I had activated the payment status and have also been to the bank to double check. My bank details are correct and still not received my money. Where is someone that I can talk to and that they can check what is going on? I have never had an issue with other companies like air b and b. So not sure what to do and I have more people booked but with no money coming in I need to cancel them which I dont like to do. Can you provide me with a phone number that I can call please? thanks Ines
very similar experiences here in new zealand. Not received any money yet from bookings 6 weeks ago?? There is no where on site to be able to contact booking.com, have send them emails but no response. I use air b and b and paid day after guest arrive without any issue???
yes I am still waiting to be paid and this was for bookings on 13-15 november while it is now 20 december??!! I would like to be paid weekly but dont know and cant find any information on the site to set this up. any ideas??
