It is complicated if you have a restriction on total guests. We dont like having more than 8 people at the time in the property but two rooms can accommodate 4 people and two can fit 3 people so i have to watch the bookings and close rooms. This is done from our Tokeet channel manager as all the pricing is. They ask for $29.99 up to 5 properties/rooms
Hi. we have a channel manager to manage the booking from other sources and all channels have their own way how you can set up rooms only. On booking.com we had to signed up the property as a home stay and add the rooms individually in our extranet as we wanted to also be able to rent the entire property and this was the only way it would work.
