We are an aparthotel with flexible stays. We are in a resort town and offer a unique option of flexible stays and kitchens in our units. We based prices on our position of quality and offerings compared to the rest of the market. We set a calendar for the year, with daily, weekly, monthly and national rates. Then we adjust them based on demand, exchange rates of the local market.

Upon their arrival we ask for their passport and the credit card they made the reservation with and make copies as proof they were here with us. We also email them their credit card receipt via booking.com
