I did not seem this email but you either play the game and obey the rules or go with someone else!
Personally I was not impressed in the least with the extra charge for payment transactions but rely too much on bdc for business!
very straight forward but will involve calling the partner support desk! in the meantime you might want to block your availability.
hello Ricardo, this is a partner forum for sharing tips and advice and you need to write to booking.com via the portal with your request.
My suggestion is to use some of the tools provided in the portal particularly the analytical tools which will help guide you to set the optimum daily price - you might not agree but it is a good way to increase bookings!
If booking.com handle your payments maybe the guest should call the booking.com helpline instead of you. Or wait a day or two in case this is a timing error and will refresh on the guests credit card statement.
it was a mistake and you should have recvd another email confirming the mistake!
