We've got a 7 overall score in one of our properties from guests from Ukraine, after years of scores between 9.5 and 10. The answer from the guest "We were four people and the place was too small." Actually they booked for two, in a loft for two guests only.
Without the manual overall score, we would have had 9.5. Now not only we learned from this that BDC's reputation is broken to most of us "partners" forever but also that people complain from their own lack of respect.
Keep asking for justice Ian - it's always worth the time invested.

Intellectual reasons are never reasons to justify a depreciating tone toward others. Rude indeed. and yes I would report.
I enjoyed so much doing the survey, it was almost cathartic. Espacially the last question where Booking.com asks what would you do if you were the CEO. Now we'll see if someone at BDC actually reads it.
